Healthy Chocolate Shake

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup plant based milk
  • ½ Cup cold water
  • 1 Cup ice
  • 2 TBSP Cocoa Leaf Greens (Aim companies)
  • 1 TBSP cocoa
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds (to serve)

Method:

  1. Blend everything except the chia seeds thoroughly
  2. Add chia seeds and stir into the shake
  3. Top the glass with cold water
  4. Enjoy with a reusable straw
