Seasoned Spring Greens:

• Finely chopped spring greens (5 large handfuls)

• Lemon juice from 1 lemon

• Rapeseed oil (about 3 TBSP)

• Mixed seeds (1/3 cup)

• Shaved coconut (1/3 cup)

1. Combine all the ingredients in a large baking tray.
